How the calculation works
Submission fees equal item count × paid submissions per item × fee per submission. Publishing advances equal item count × advance per item. Add your other production budget to obtain the upfront Robux total.
Worked example
Three standard non-Limited hats, two paid submissions each, an 80 Robux submission fee, and a 1,500 Robux advance per hat produce 480 Robux in submission fees plus 4,500 in advances: 4,980 Robux before other production costs.
Check the assumptions before spending
The three presets use Roblox’s fee snapshot checked October 6, 2026. Edit the fields to match the current official fee schedule and your actual confirmation screen. Free Limiteds, paid Limiteds, emissive items, and classic clothing need their own fee model.
Why rebates are excluded
A possible future rebate does not reduce the balance needed to pay an advance today. Record actual rebates separately after they arrive. This tool forecasts neither sales nor profit.
